Version 2026-07
1. Membership
Registration with Top Bin Monsters FC is granted at the club's discretion and may be withdrawn at any time. Parents/guardians must keep contact and medical information up to date via the parent portal.
2. Participation & Liability
Football and tournament participation carries inherent risk of injury. Parents/guardians acknowledge that Top Bin Monsters FC, its coaches, managers, volunteers and affiliated venues accept no liability for personal injury, illness, loss or damage to property sustained before, during or after any club activity (training, matches, tournaments, travel, tours or social events), except where liability cannot be lawfully excluded. Parents/guardians are responsible for their child at all times unless the child has been formally signed in to a coach's care for a specific session.
3. Behaviour & FA Respect Code
Players, parents and spectators agree to abide by The FA Respect Code of Conduct, league rules and the club's code of conduct. Abusive, discriminatory or violent behaviour will result in immediate removal and possible reporting to the league or the FA.
4. Fees & Bookings
Match fees, subs and tournament entries are payable in advance via the parent portal. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has cleared. Refunds are at the club's discretion — typically only for fixtures cancelled by the club. Manual refunds are processed via Stripe within 5–10 working days.
5. Medical / Health Declaration
Parents/guardians confirm their child is medically fit to participate in football activity and have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications and dietary requirements via the portal. Parents/guardians must update this information immediately when it changes. In an emergency, parents/guardians authorise the club to obtain any medical treatment considered necessary, including administration of first aid and calling emergency services.
6. Photo, Video & Media Consent
The club may take photos and video during training, matches and events for use on the club website, social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp), promotional material and league/FA channels. Parents/guardians choose their consent preference in the portal and may withdraw it at any time in writing. No player will be identified by full name alongside personal contact information.
7. Data Protection
Personal data is processed under UK GDPR for the purpose of running the club (registration, communication, safeguarding, league administration). Data is not sold or shared beyond league/FA affiliation, payment processing and email delivery providers.
8. Safeguarding
Top Bin Monsters FC follows FA Safeguarding policy. Any concerns should be raised with the club welfare officer or coach lead. Coaches hold current DBS clearance.
9. Kit & Equipment
Players must wear the correct kit and shin pads at all training and matches. Lost or damaged personal items are not the club's responsibility.
10. Changes
The club may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance.
